Return window

You can return unused Fluid Cuffs within [30] days of delivery.

Eligibility

Cuffs must be [unused and in their original packaging].
[Used cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons].
Wrong size? We can [exchange for a different size].

How to start a return

Email info@fluidcuffs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

[Customers pay return shipping] unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within [X] business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are [non-refundable].

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@fluidcuffs.com within [X] days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
